Marco Rubio has made it official, he is running for President for 2016 as of course a Republican. We have not been too impressed by Mr. Rubio at all, he’s been something of a non-entity in the Senate, which is of course what a seriously junior senator should be, take at least a little time to sit back and learn, but it looks like his general ambition far exceeds any common sense of decency and he’s going to make a go of it for the White House – this kind of all reminds us of Sarah Palin who effectively ditched out of being Governor for the chance to be Vice-President, with any luck hopefully we will never see Marco Rubio or his family on any type of reality TV show other than for the election cycle.
We pulled this quote from The New York Times announcement, “In a direct attack on Mrs. Clinton’s candidacy, which she announced Sunday, Mr. Rubio said: “Just yesterday, a leader from yesterday began a campaign for president by promising to take us back to yesterday. Yesterday is over and we’re never going back.””
This is impossibly strange and infuriating, its no secret of course that Mr. Rubio exists only because Norman Braman has seen fit to sanctify him as his political lapdog. Granted Hillary is no pride and joy for us to be cheering on, she’s been hard at it, demanding to be President as if its her God given right. This is going to be an interesting election.
Ah well, so it goes.
