No it isn’t open just yet, still some time to go, but the construction of the building is going gangbusters. But just because the building isn’t finished and the old one is history doesn’t mean we still can’t have the annual gala, the Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science Galaxy Gala and Big Bang Party will be held on the 18th at The Hilton Miami Downtown. The party sounds as if it should be a lot of fun, as they typically have been for the past 13 years.
From what we’ve heard, apparently Antonin Fourneau will combine some sort of natural light and water with technology to create some sort of an interactive graffiti experience, this is his thing. Sounds cool. Drew T and DJ Blaze Carre will be working on the dance and music with Latin Grammy nominated star Debi Nova kicking it off with a special performance. Awesome.
And of course it wouldn’t be a party in Miami, even if it is for science, without ample food and drink.
