Before we rip in to what we find slightly disturbing about this whole bathroom design by Andy Quinones it’s probably at least somewhat important to give the designer a little kudos for trying to break out of the white, ultra modern, antiseptic design that most Miami and South Florida designers are in to, having a little fun, color and texture, even if it’s shades of grey is a good start. But the big problem here should be glaringly obvious, the bathroom is way too small to have that gorgeous tub just sitting in the middle, it more or less renders that second sink useless. Without having been in the bathroom ourselves, those floor tiles are probably 18 inches, maybe two feet tops, so the second sink at best has a 36 inch spread between the vanity and tub. That’s about as least inviting as can be imagined. Still you can imagine the crazed South Floridian client demanding to have a double sink and a full tub in their fancy beach condo, end of story.
