Well if you’ve followed enough of our ramblings on real estate and design, then it would probably surprise you to hear from us that we think any home in South Florida is reasonably priced. Fair enough. That being said, 4040 Kiaora is back on the market, and from the photos it looks as if it has had a bit of a well deserved freshening up. It was on the market maybe two years ago and definitely was looking very dated, obviously the latest photos show a very nice, tasteful renovation job.
Our claim to it being reasonable is that the asking price is just above $3 million, for which you get 6 beds, 8 baths an overall foot print of about 5,500 square feet. Gorgeous pool and guest house on a sprawling lot and super quiet street.
At that price you know that they are expecting to go below $3 million and when you compare it to the other homes around the rest of Coconut Grove the lot size is well worth it. Most of the other properties come in at less than half the lot size and are asking north of $2 million.
