So the flipside to the lesser priced home on Kiaora that we covered earlier is the astronomically price home on Kiaora just a lot or two down the block. Which is currently listed at $10.9 million. Holy crap. It’s pricing like this that makes me always believe how insane people are in South Florida and also why the real estate markets just have little to no rhyme or reason. Yes, this house 4020 Kiaora is much bigger, but only just about twice the size at 11,600 square feet, but the price comparison is way off per square foot – 545 versus 950. Honestly 4020 is nice, but can’t call it value by any means. That very much feels like a no thank you helping price. Coconut Grove is usually much more reasonably priced, but sometimes you get the outlier.
