As the Shore Club goes about and through it’s renovations, while there are ample renderings about what the property might look like when it’s done, before all of the old photos get killed to the back of the internet, thought we might post some of the oldies. The Shore Club bought in to that whole “white” aesthetic, but did a wonderful job livening up the place with splashes of color. So, if you’re looking for ways to brighten up your backyard, outdoor space and at the same time keep it more environmentally friendly, think oversized colorful planters of different sizes strategically placed. The planters will provide you the color and the texture to make the space visually stimulating, while at the same time give you a way to use less water in the backyard. Plus anyone who comes to visit and remembers back from the good old days of the Shore Club, maybe they’ll be able to recognize the look.
